Sourcing
We draw on peer-reviewed research in urology, endocrinology, cardiology, and sports medicine, guidelines from recognized medical associations, interviews with licensed clinicians and trainers, and established health reference databases. When a topic is still debated or evidence is limited, such as certain supplement claims or natural vitality-optimization trends, we say so explicitly rather than presenting speculation as settled fact.
Review process
Every article passes through at least one round of editorial review before publication, checking factual claims against primary sources and confirming that health-related statements are not overstated or oversimplified. Content touching on medication, dosing, or diagnosis receives additional scrutiny, and pieces are periodically revisited to reflect updated research or changed clinical recommendations.
Corrections
